Refund Policy

We want Nikolas to genuinely earn its place on your team. This policy explains our free trial, how cancellations work, and when you can get a refund. It applies to subscriptions to Nikolas (the “Service”).

Free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins when the trial ends and your payment method is charged the then-current price.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Nikolas is not right for you, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that charge. Just email us from the address on your account and we will refund it, no hard feelings. This applies to your first paid charge after the trial.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Subscription renewals (after your first payment) are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, because the trial and the money-back window already give you ample time to decide. If something went wrong, an unexpected charge, a service problem, a billing error, contact us and we will make it right.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email saketmittal2001@gmail.com from the email associated with your account, or use the management link in your Paddle receipt. Please include your workspace name so we can find your account quickly. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Any taxes collected are refunded in line with applicable rules.
